Signing up on Remi is quick and easy. On the registration page Go to the registration page and enter your name, mobile number, and date of birth. Verify the OTP sent to your mobile and set a strong password. Your account will be active in just 2 minutes. Registration is completely free.

No. Only one account is allowed per mobile number. If multiple accounts are found under the same identity, all of them will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.

On the login page Go to the login page and click the "Forgot Password?" link. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Use the OTP to set a new password. The whole process takes just 2 minutes.

You must be at least 18 years old to register on Remi. Your date of birth is verified during registration, and an ID may be requested for large withdrawals.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is the identity verification process. Simply upload a photo of your national ID or passport to complete it. KYC is required for large withdrawals and to keep your account secure.

Withdrawal

Log in → Wallet → Withdrawal → select an amount and payment method. Once submitted, withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.

Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Large amounts or first-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours due to manual verification.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. Withdrawals below this amount are not permitted.

If processing hasn't started, you can cancel from the Wallet page. If it has already begun, contact support as soon as possible.

Wait up to 2 hours in the first instance. If the withdrawal still hasn't arrived after 24 hours, contact support with your withdrawal reference number. We typically resolve issues within 3–4 hours.

Remi charges no withdrawal fees. However, bKash or Nagad may apply their own small transaction charges.

No, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Withdrawal is only available after meeting the required wagering conditions (typically 5–10x the bonus amount). Terms vary for each bonus.

Withdrawals are usually rejected due to incomplete KYC, unmet bonus conditions, or a pending security check. Contact support to find out the reason — they'll help you sort it out.

A portion of your total weekly losses is returned to you as cashback — typically 5–10%. It's credited to your account automatically every Monday morning.
