Betting Rules

3.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered valid only once Remi's system confirms it and a "Bet Confirmed" message is displayed on screen. Any bet that remains unconfirmed due to technical issues will be treated as void and the stake will be refunded.

3.2 Odds Changes

• Once a pre-match bet is confirmed, it will be settled at the original odds even if the odds change afterwards.
• In live betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final.
• Remi reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly incorrect or erroneous.

3.3 Match Cancellation or Abandonment

If an event or match is cancelled, postponed, or left incomplete, the bet will be voided and the full stake returned to your wallet. For cricket matches where the result is determined by the DLS method, that result stands as final.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit at Remi is ৳200. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other mobile banking services, as well as direct bank transfer. Deposits are typically credited to your wallet instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals of large amounts (৳50,000+).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on Remi are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Depositing through a third party or using someone else's account is strictly prohibited.

• Refusing to complete KYC verification or failing to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe.

7.2 Closure by User
